I am one of the credit card holder of HDF bank, I have purchased a SAMSUNG mobile with HDFC CREDIT card under the EMI policy.
But bill was generated including the mobile price even though I purchased the mobile under the EMI POLICY . so many times I made calls to customer
care but they did not respond to my calls
