HDFC Bank — regarding for credit card bill to be exceed why?

Now we are pay last month my min. Amount 1200 instead of 1131 /-
My total amount was due to 11838 /- as per calculation 10638 /- balances pending + finances charge + emi +??
Now today got my bill 12270/- how u can calculated for created this bill,
Please u can be explain??
We are searching my statement on hdfc credit card login we wont be found why??
Please correct the bill before mentioned any kind of extra charge bill to be remove before created final statement u know well due to covid-19 finical situation is not good then why put extra charge i[censored] used please share and uploading statement on hdfc login
