HDFC Bank — regarding hdfc poor service and bad behavior with clients

Dear sir/madam
My self nitin sharma and i belong to ghaziabad, in delhi ncr region,
I feel very bad to writing this mail because of your bad selection of staff and executives they really don't know how to handle their clients,

Approx 2 months earlier i got a call from ([protected]) your hdfc credit card department and they offer me a hdfc credit card, i accept the deal and agree to submit my required documents to your team.

After 3-4 days mr. Ashish (Field boy) came to collect my documents and signature on my form, i signed the blank from on the trust of hdfc he gave me my app. No (Cc xxxx7154) slip with his own received signatures and tell me that it will process within 10-15 days, you will receive a verification call from our team and your blank form will be filled by the caller.

But after so many days i did not receive any call from your department, so i dialed a mobile no which is given by ashish (Filed boy) [protected], i asked him about my card application status but he said he is out of city due to summer holidays with kids, and will back to office in 3-4 days, i said ok, but i do not receive and call from him in next 7 days, i call again and he said your card is in process, it was almost 1 month completed,

Then i call another no i have ([protected]) he told that i will check the status and call u back, but as always happens no call receive from him too, some days later i call again and he said your application is in process, will take 2-3 days more to finalizes, some days later i call again and he gave me a another no ms. Sonia ([protected]), now i call her and told the thing she said text me your registered mobile no and name through message i do the same and send that message,
Next day i call again and ask the status, some other girl pick the call and and told that sonia is not available on seat i will tell her to call you, but again no call receive from both of them, next day i again call and the other girl said today she is in a meeting she will call you u later, but no call receive from both of them again, next day i call and found myself blocked on that number ([protected]) i really was very upset, today on 22.07.2017 i called again and i was still blocked, i tried with different mobile no. And ask about sonia she said she is in a meeting and will not able to talk u, and your application is rejected, and cut the call, i call again but the second mobile no. Also blocked by her.

Now i know you (Mail-reader) will laugh on this but i do all this thing due to my safety purpose because i signed a blank from, and know the now days foul play
Any one can act like i did.

I wrote this mail on goodwill of the name hdfc and this is my humble request that take strict action against sonia because she did not delivered the services from her side and why she blocked my mobile no. I want the explanation/apology for this.

Finally i want my papers back (My signed documents & all my kyc's) from hdfc and also waiting for the justice.
