Dear sir,
My Reference no : 20J[protected]WI for Credit card application. I want to know why i am getting email as :- "While reviewing your application we observe that we had received your credit card application earlier and the same is under process " with a Note as :- "Note that all credit card benefits/facilities including third party products as opted by you in the application will not be processed due to non-approval of your credit card application".
I have Credit score of 788 as Excellent. I have my saving account also in HDFC. I have never delayed my payment of EMI whether it may be of Credit card or housing loans and others.
After having so good records, i am not getting my Credit card in HDFC Bank and i am getting emails as mentioned above.
I have opened my saving bank account in HDFC to invest in FD and mutual funds of Min amount as 1750000 but i am getting such negative emails.
Please do the Needful as soon as possible and help to avail me with Credit card of HDFC on urgent basis or provide me the details or reasons for not issuing me my HDFC credit card. I have several plans to invest and trade with HDFC Bank but such responses upsets me alot. Was this information helpful? |
