My personal loan is running in your esteemed bank. Dur to some major problem in my family my september month emi is missed from my side.. This is the first emi that i have not paid.. One of the employee from your bank talked to my mother very rudely.. My mother was continuously saying to note down my daughter's number as her number is changed. He didi not listen and talked in a very bad manner and disconnect the call. We are requesting him that we will pay it by 29th september positively. But he did nt listen.. Atleast the person should the listen to the old person polietly.
