Sir/madam, I am a HDFC credit card holder and facing some problems with your credit card division people which compelled me to surrender my card and finish all relations with the bank. Some time back I have been told by the bank to update my KYC documents with the bank because the bank blocked my card. On 13 June 2017 I sent my KYC form, card reactivation form with photo, copy of pan card and adhaar card through courier. After 10 days I checked with the bank about my documents, they said documents are not complete as name mismatch with the pan card and adhaar card which was not true. The spelling of my name is exactly the same what is on my credit card and on documents which I sent to the bank. Then I requested the manager customer care to look into the matter. Today is 5th July 2017 I received a call from Mr. Satish from the bank saying that in my documents there is no KYC form and I need to send the documents all over again. Now this is high time. After sending all documents and waited for such a long time only for a mere KYC documents. I m sorry the bank should not harass customers like this. I am a very old customer of the bank. And my payments were always on time. Even before sending the documents I went to NFC HDFC bank branch to submit my forms but they completely refused to take my forms and told me that my card is blocked for ever.
Now if someone can help me in this matter. Otherwise I have no choice rather to surrender the card and make my full and final payment to the bank. And will never ever will be in touch with HDFC bank.
