To whom so ever it may concern,
I have a savings bank account in hdfc bank (arera colony branch, bhopal) from 2014
For which i gave an application for closing in may2016 in the same branch At that time the bank employe MR.AMIT told me that please take out all the money and sign an form so he will be closing the bank account
Later on he stopped picking up the phone and the bank messages started comming for not maintaing the minnimum balance in the bank account.
Afterwards after 3-4 months when i again visited the branch the help desk transferred me to MR.MONU MEHRA then i signed the bank account closure form again and gave them the form then he assured me that the account will be closed in a week or two.
Then also the minnimum account notification began to come. So i notified the same to mr monu
And he said that he will be looking after it
As after sometime one of my colleague mistakenly (imps)
Deposited an amount of ₹4500 in. That account so the first case in that is if the account should have been closed than the money could not be transferred but as the account was not closed by the bank so the account was running and the money came and the bank deducted all the amount as minnimum account balance charges
After that when i went to bank so MR MONU MEHRA told me that he must be solving my problem in a week or two and had put up an request for the waiver of the charges
But since i am waiting from last month nothing has been done and now MR .MONU MEHRA is not answering my call and his senior MR . RITESH is also not answering the call so i cannot understand that for the mistake of MR AMIT, MR MONU should i have to pay an amount of ₹4500 and if i am calling MR RITESH for the same issue so he is not answering my call
