[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding the upi transaction of my savings bank a/c no. [protected]

Respected sir I had transacted 10 rupees through upi to a merchant's account (Amazon) on dt.30 dec 2017 having transaction no.[protected]. But unfortunately it had not been credited to merchant's account and also my balance had debited. I had called to hdfc bank customer service executive as well as amazon representative regarding this. Through phone call i found the same dialogue as "it will be credited within 5-7 days, & also pls have patience". But still now it has not been credited to my savings bank account. Where is my balance? Pls tell me what should i do? Pls help me as fast as possible and credit my balance as soon as possible for which i shall be obliged.
