We had already made a complaint on[protected] and the complaint no is [protected] but after few days when we made a call to customer care they told that it is not complaint no and again registered the complaint and the no is [protected] but when we had seen on online for status it is showing that it is not a complaint no and no status shown so early action may be taken as we have to pay the bill by[protected] or can we pay the amount after the complaint is settled.
