[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — regarding transaction of 10k

I have transferred 10000 rs to my friend mobile number in payzapp, where he don't have the payzapp. My money got deducted from my credit card and my friend also not received the money. I don't where it got stuck. I tried reaching payzapp customer care but no response from their end if i tried reaching out hdfc bank customer care they are telling to reach payzapp customer care, now where to go if they have not received the complaint. Please resolve this issue.
