Dear sir/madam,
My name is r santhi latha. I hold loan account with your bank from 2014 and as a state govt. Employee my salary account is with sbi. For my emi recovery i opted for ecs mandate which was executed by your bank. So that every month my emi will be deducted from my salary a/c of sbi. From past 2-3 months im very much frustrating due to your customer care people of hbl global pvt ltd hyderabad. Eventhough im maintaining sufficient balance in my a/c im repeteadly forcibily getting calls from your people as : "due to technical reasons my cheque has been bounced", they call me every month and ask me to repay my loan through their agent or what ever so, as im a govt. Employee im outstation then how can i pay the loan by visiting ur branch or how can i handle the amount to ur agent as im having ecs mandate??
Let me tell you the incident today in the morning which i have been screwed up by ur people through a phone call.
He called me up from hyderabad landline number at 9-00 am as i attended the call and said :"im calling from hdfc bank & he asked me to repay the loan through his agent as i replied him that im out station now it is not possible for me to repay, i told him to debit my account as you people are done with ecs right? Then he said no no u just tell me your address i will send you my agent he will deal with it. I said im out station for the second time he is not at all listening to my words and harassing me like anything, i said then it is your problem to clear the cheque which was given by me to your bank its not my problem, he again made a tricky and unethical conversation with me. Then i said him i dont pay the emi by cash now you just debit my a/c thas all. Then he finally insisted me that"why you took the loan close your loan account..."is this the right of your tele caller to tell me to close my account??? If im a defaulter then it is ok but now it is not fair at all.. I know the rules and policies of a bank as im also an employee as a customer we will adhere to the conditions of bank as a revert bank has to adhere to certain ethical values and behaviour. As im very much hurted with this incident i want to escalate this thing to the higher authorities as well and i need a revert for my complaint asap.
