Hi, This viswanath prashad gupta, using a credit card no - xxxxxx3620. I have an offer for jumbo loan as mentioned in attached screenshot. Message clearly shows that emi is rs. 9730 for 48 months. After processing it now customer care is saying it is processed for 60 months. Amount is 9729.17. I think, all you are miss guiding and leading to customer. I humble request to all of you do not miss lead anyone and please resolve my problem. Who is responsible for this. Customers are not always wrong, when they don't get the things as per promises.
