[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — regarding wrongly charged membership fees

I was promised free moneyback hdfc credit card. But a membership fee of 575 rs is automatically charged wrongly on it on 3rd july 2017.

Please consider my points on it:

1. The credit card was sent to my hometown while i was in pune.
So logically i have not got the card in my hands yet and due to which i was not able to use it and activate it as well.
2.. The calls were very frequent for accepting some digital form the person did called called me more than thrice to accept it. At that time i asked for any terms and condition but nothing was told then and was also said that with credit card package you will get terms and condition and if you don't agree then don't use it. The package was sent to home while i was in pune so never got chance to see those.
3. I was also told that card was free for wipro employees, the membership charge is for non employee. But last month amount of 575 rs has been cut as membership fee.
4. I tried to contact customer care but they didn't listened my any of the query. And also requested to discuss about this on phone call so that i can clear my further doubts easily. But none of the customer care personnel contacted me.
5. Due to these issues i panicked and de-registered my credit card from my hdfc account but i am still not sure any further charges will be charged on it as i got today message from hdfc bank that product charges and features are revised on my credit card. I want to get further information on it and discuss but can get on a phone call with customer care.

I am very saddened with these cunning services of hdfc which i trusted with my 1st salaried account.

Please take a look into the matter and refund my 575rs money.

I have received call and mail as communication but still after affirming the that wrong was done by the hdfc bank while sending credit card at wrong address and not telling the whole policies they are still saying the amount will not be refunded.

If the error is from your side then why should I pay for it ?????

Please look into the matter and its a big please otherwise I will be entitled to end my all services with HDFC bank.
