Myself Mayank Recently I opened a savings account in HDFC Bank through online mode, but when I visited the Bank branch on[protected], i.e ( Dilshad Colony, Delhi) for KYC Mr. Radhey Singh assisted me and he denied doing my KYC mentioning the reason that I don't have any surname, so he cant do my KYC with a single name. All the documents that I provided to them contain my single name only.
Due to which I requested the Backup Branch Manager to close my account, in return to this they said we can't close this account and it will get close after 12 months automatically.
This type of behavior is too unprofessional and creating a negative brand image. Was this information helpful? |
