HDFC Bank — Remove my pan card for irda

I am Vikas choubey I was agent with Hdfc life insurance in the year 27/05/2024. But due to some problem. Now my pan card is not remove from IRDA portal.please remove my pan card IRDA portal. My consultant code is[protected] My pan no.BFZPC0207G
