HDFC Bank — Request for immediate refund of total excess amount of rs.440 (110*4) debited (Rs125 ipo 15) from my fastag

Hello concerned team,
In continuation, this is to bring to your urgent notice that Total excess amount of Rs.440(110*4) debited (Rs.125 ipo 15) from my Fastag account on 28th, 31st Jan, 1st &3rdFeb'22 return journey at PATODI toll plaza and it's happening almost regularly now, relevant snapshots attached as ready refn and doing the needful on immediate refund of said excess amount, Rs.440 debited.

It's very much DISAPPOINTING AND DISGUSTING AS WELL again.

HOPE YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT SLEEPING OVER CUSTOMER'S ISSUES BEING FACED ON REGULAR BASIS NOW AND IT SHOWS INCOMPETENCE AND INACTIVE OPERATIONS OF TOLL PLAZA.

PLS LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO RESOLVE SUCH REPETITIVE ISSUES OF EXCESS AMOUNT DEBITED FROM FASTAG AC OFF AND ON FROM IT'S ROOTS AND STOP HARASSING FASTAG USERS ALMOST EVERY DAY NOW.

Therefore, Your immediate action and positive response would be appreciated in this matter.
