This is to inform you that I have gone ahead with the settlement of the card on 17 December 2013 as I was not able to pay on time previous to that due to my health reason. The last cheque was cleared on 08 July 2014. I am attaching the settlement letter that I received on commencement of the process.

So, with due respect I want to request you to please provide me the NOC letter or No due letter to me as I have met all the criteria mentioned in settlement letter. It will be of great help if you can provide me with the same as soon as possible. Please also provide me a soft copy in my mail id [protected]@hotmail.com
