In today's era where everyone is concerned about customer experience in service industry, hdfc bank is hardly bother about it.
They charged for every thing be it neft/ imps via net banking.
Recently i have taken insta jumbo loan on my credit card which taken wrongly or in hurry. I requested for closer it on customer care. They asked for 3 percentage penalty for pre closer. I requested for waiver but they denied and ask to write email on customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com.
Even after 4-5 days, i have not received revert.
I also wrote to mr. Puri id but got blunt response via email only (Pre closer charges is part of product and every loan have this).
As of now, i haven't received any call from any department of bank.
