Dear Sir, I have requested for the Two Wheeler Loan from you Bank. After loan process, at the end due to my submitted documents loan got canceled. After this, i have given the letter for loan cancellation and paid the processing charges which the bank got invested for the process. Please find my loan account no which got cancelled from HDFC. Hi,
I applied two wheeler loan request before a week ago, and HDFC bank member ask me to complete your request by giving you HDFC two wheeler loan in a month.

As per confirmation i have submitted advance amount of rs 20, 000/- to TVS showroom and HDFC member confirm me that your loan will be 64186/- and your 18 month EMI has been approved from loan department with 8.6% interest rate.

But today i got a message from HDFC bank and the EMI is showing that the my tenor is 36 month instead of 18 month and interest rate is too high like 17%.

Please help me out on this and revised my loan from 36 month to 18 month.
