I have an credit card of your company and my credit card account no. Is [protected] i meet a serious accident and i have an serious injury on my left hand, and i lost my credit card details in that accident and can't paid money on time and that's why my cbill was lost, but now i paid total outstanding money in your bank, so you are requested to update my cbill as soon as possible and start my card also.

We take this opportunity to clarify that all Banks are required to provide their customer database to regulatory authorities periodically. All financial institutions governed by RBI guidelines update such information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India). This is done in the normal course of business. We assure you that your data will be updated in the Bureau within 45 working days.
