[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — requested noc and clearing cibil but no response from hdfc

I have also made NOC request many times, but no response received from them. Now I am struggling in some bank CIBIL issues. My card is closed but they have reduced my cibil, when I am asking for NOC no response received from them. Just receiving a auto generated mail always, but no further updates afterwards.

I will be greatfull if HDFC bank will do the needful for me.

Your action on this matter would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
