[Resolved] HDFC Bank — return of processing fee

Dear sir/madam, I had applied for a balance transfer of my home loan (Currently i have my home loan from icici home loan), and before applying i asked the hdfc excutive that how much time it will take he said maximum 20-25 days now its more than 45 days and i didnt get any disbursement details and now i want my prossesing fee return. (File #[protected] request you to look into this and refund the processing fee amount. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I have been holding hdfc savings bank account since 2008 but this is the first time i experiencing such a pathetic service.
