HDFC Bank — Reverse payment not getting credited in my account

I have cancelled a order on amazon, i got a msg from hdfc that

""Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending ####for Rs 47848 has been credited/reversed by Amazon on[protected]:19:09:41""

I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help.

I have checked with amazon and they said they have already done their part.

Tried reaching hdfc bank, but wanst able to connect with any human Customer care executive.

When will i get my refund
