[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — revert a wrong payment made

I had made a credit card bill payment to a wrong credit card number through phonepe from my hdfc account.
I called the customer care immediately asking them to revert the transaction, they said the receiving party should raise the complaint, even that was done. But no proper action from the bank authorities.
I'ts a hefty amount of 28000 and i want to revert the transaction.
Each customer care assistant says different things and nobody has resolved the issue
