I've made a transaction to vendor 1mg by using hdfc bank credit card through payment gateway: paytm rs. 2498/- on 08.04.2020 successfully.
Due to unavailability of the product the order got cancelled on the same day itself and the refund amount rs. 2498/- has been initiated by the vendor 1 mg with reference no: rrn/refund id: 20200409111212801300168384265857591 on 09.04.2020.
Since then, i was waiting for the refund amount to my account, unfortunately the same is did not get credited to my account even after more than a month.
I had raised a complaint to hdfc bank and called to customer care multiple times but no one is there to address my problem, i'm not sure about that, whether the bank is having customer care service or not?, if the bank is having customer care service to serve their customers, definately some one should have responded by this time from hdfc bank's end.
Would request you to kindly check this complaint and get back my refund amount to my account at the earliest.
