HDFC Bank — Rs. 151.29 deducted in my hdfc savings account

Yesterday I have done online payment for B.E.D entrance but the transaction was not completed but the amount has been deducted in my hdfc savings account. Amount is Rs. 151.29/-(one hundred and fifty one),

So immediately i called to hdfc customers care services for 4 times but nobody giving proper response. My account number is [protected] and customer ID is 53324177 Ramagundam branch, karimnagar district.
