HDFC Bank — Rs 2599 deduction without intimation

Address: electronic city ,bangalore

On every year 27th september, the amount of rs 2599 is deducted from my account without any intimation (Without asking pin or otp). It is showing like it is done by cponeassis pos debit. I don't want this kind of services. Please deactivate this kind of services for my account prior to this year deduction.
