HDFC Bank — rs.590 deducted from my account for issuing debit card for first time

I have opened new regular savings account with hdfc bank last month (Customer id[protected]. For that i have applied for debit card through bank for first time.. They have deducted rs.590/- from my account for debit card issuance without my knowledge..
Kindly help me in getting refund for my atm card
