[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — rude behaviour by employee

Hello team

My cust id is 61098604. I have sent email regarding debit card emi complain to hdfc bank. I have recedived call from hdfc ashram road branch number starting from [protected] at 06:24pm. The person have called is very ruade and talking with loud and ruadely. He dont ready to listen my problem and he says me "dont educate me"i am very disappointed by this behaviour by hdfc bank employee. Also he has disconnect call without proper listening my issue so i request you to please provide feedback to concern person and arrange appologies call from concern person. Also please look in to my debit card emi related issue and provide resolution as soon as possible.

Bank charged me 354 rupees for sept 2017 month for non maintain of 10000 rupees in my account amount in my account in sept 2017 was rupee 9800. before this month i.e for aug 2017 also they charged same. the charge 354 is too high that i can not afford.
please help in this regard.

I hv big trouble bcoz.of pipariya bank imployes ...one year before I request him to closed my account he said that I will do...then I colled him after a week he said that your ac has closed but it's not closed and my ac showing minus balance ...so pls help me
