I had applied for the loan on July 3rd 2017 with all the supporting documents. One Divya Venu was handling my loan application. Along with the docs, I had submitted the Salary certificate which the collection executive had told me that won't work. Only that work is the 3 months Salary Slip. And he said me, let him see whether what Divya says and she'll call and let me know. I started calling this girl every day to ask about the loan status and whether they accepted the salary certificate. She said yes and it was processed. But to avoid any delay I had sent the 3 months salary slip in mail id mariam.[protected]@hdfcbank.com in advance. Days have gone by. Every day I'm calling this girl like anything. The worst part is, she never called me by herself. It was me who was keeping on doing the follow-up. After 10 days I'm again getting a loan application no. when I called she said, the previous ones got rejected because I gave the salary certificate. Then why the hell they made me send the 3-month salary slip a long time ago. After 10 days again I tried to follow up, then she talks to me so rudely like she is GRINDING her teeth. Don’t these HDFC staffs know the etiquettes how to talk to their customers? No one takes a loan for fantasies, they face the issue and when they find no other way, they take the loan as their last resort. THESE STAFFS like DIVYA VENU from MG Road Kochi Personal Loan Branch spoils the name of such reputative bank like HDFC. Please don't recruit such unprofessional staffs. I want you guys to take a strong against her so that no customer faces such an inconvenience and no other juniors follow her footsteps.
