Hello,
I have provided my wife's HDFC(CRN : xxxx9788 & Acc no :xx30185 ) savings account to Capgemini to receive salaries. On date of joining Representatives from HDFC informed me that account will be life time salaried account.
Now something goes wrong, Capgemini hr said bank is not accepting the payment and Bank says we never stopped accepting payments. I was confused.
To get salary I have added my other account as salaried account.
Now you are taking AMB charges from wife's account, Why so unfair to customer?
what is my mistake here?

P.s : I have been using HDFC Bank services since July 2016 my CRN : xxxx0611, when I joined Capgemini. Past 1.5Yrs my wife is using HDFC Bank services. For all purchases in malls, online shopping in snapheal, flipkart, myntra, amazon I have been using HDFC credit card, debit card though I have Kotak Mahindra, SBI, Canara bank cards. Also I and my wife taken personal loan of 8lac each and without miss we are paying emi, which means we are paying almost 15% interest on loan. Also we use Payzapp for bills payment like mobile bills, Electricity bills, land line bills, broadband bills.
Kindly consider all these aspect to be your customer and provide this account as salaried account & reverse the AMB charges to continue our relationship with HDFC. Hope to hear positive response from you.
