[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Salary a/c change my without permission saving a/c

I was having a salary account with hdfc bank then it turned into saving account when my company changed then i withdrawal all my money and made it zero balance may be two years back, till now it was good but suddenly i received a message from hdfc bank that i have "-1, 397.25" balance in my account. I haven't performed any transaction from last 18 months or so. Right now i can not afford to pay that much money at once. But why should i pay for not performing any transaction i almost forgot about my account but suddenly that message arrived and i don't know what to do. I just wanted to close the account but they said it is not possible as the company is changed, i dont care i just wanted to close the account that's it.

I haven't performed any transaction from last 18 months or so. Right now i can not afford to pay that much money at once. But why should i pay for not performing any transaction i almost forgot about my account but suddenly that message arrived and i don't know what to do. I just wanted to close the account but they said it is not possible as the company is changed, i dont care i just wanted to close the account that's it.
