Hi my salary account has been blocked by Hdfc credit card department. i have made my minimum payments and the reason for delay was that i was not getting paper statements after changing my billing address from Gurgoan to Hyderabad.i changed my adress before coming to hyderabad with the customer service people and even updated my telephone no with them. but they failed to send my statements nor could send me any reminders and hece i missed two payments in a row and the bank blocked my savings account. when i came to know this i went to the bank and made my payment immediately.its now 7 days my salary account is still blocked. please help me out here and please unblock my money which is 22300 rs . please call me at my new no [protected].
