I would like to inform you that It’s more than three years since I left Clips India Pvt. Ltd. Company. I’m no longer associate with the company or your HDFC Salary Account. It is illegal to charge for not maintaining the minimum balance. Below are my account details.

I am no longer using any of your HDFC services. I do not need this account due to personal inconvenience.
It is showing negative balance(-8500 Rs.) Due to your non maintenance charges still deducting money from this account A/c No: [protected] on monthly basis.

Today I had visited in my home branch but the branch manager has refused my request and behaving such as a rude. This is really inappropriate and irresponsible behavior from a reputed home branch HDFC Bank. That manager is not ready to listen anything if someone is requesting for help.

So I request you to kindly close my HDFC salary account A/c No: [protected] and do the wave off also because it’s no longer required since I left the company and I don’t want to continue with your services.
I have moved to my hometown so it won’t be easy for me to contact home branch for future.

I am requesting you to please consider this mail a final, closure of HDFC Salary Account A/c No: [protected].

, i have salary account in hdfc 2years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. Recently i changed new company. The new company have using only hdfc salary accounts. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -4154 balance.
The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its4154 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated verbally... According to rbi guidlines on savings account banks not charge even its negative balance.
I approach branch, but they behaved rudly & refuse to close account.

So I request you to kindly close my HDFC salary account A/c No: [protected] and do the wave off also because it’s no longer required since I left the company and I don’t want to continue with your services.
