This is not a complaint, but a positive feedback for the employees.
I had received a fraudulent call on sunday morning, 16th august and i had freaked out. Luckily i had sanjana's number so i called her and explained what had happened. She calmed me down and adviced me to get my services blocked. And i did that.
Ever since i've got my account opened at hdfc, romil uchil has been incredibly helpful to me. I'm new to this "banking" and he knows that. So he spoon feeds it to me and i am grateful for that.
Pooja, has helped me and been kind to me and other customers (I've noticed) for netbanking.
