[Resolved] HDFC Bank — saving account on hold

Dear respected sir/madam my saving account on hold [protected]. Before 3 days from my account hold a bank man come in my house to inform me that if a pay minimum 2000 rupes credit card payment. I said to i will pay before 10-11 november. He said ok. But on 8 november from my account balance detected -36000 rupes. I have no money, i'm not rich. I know how to i spend on my home. They not give me any type of warning. Now what i do. I have no money. Please help me.

Sir, every time i got sms that pre approval loan for me in jst 10 sec but in my net banking accout there is no offer like this.if this is not applicable for me then plz dont give me like that sms.my costomer ID[protected]
