HDFC Bank Securities — close my demat account

I want to close my demat account, & i was visting my home branch but they dnt solve my problem, they given exuse that they dnt close demat account they dnt handle closer. Y they open my demat if they dnt close this..
So kindly request that please close my demat account or send me any person how visit my address.. This is my moblie [protected] nd address b-107 cr park new delhi 110019

At the time of placing SIP of SBI blue chip MF i was defined a certain as deduction for purchase of SIP funds. however an amount excess of that was deducted. An executive said it as AMC of DEmat account but narration states it as DEPOSITORY CHARGES FEE FOR THE MONTH OF JULY..
