Hdfc bank and hdfc securities has hired useless staff, they do not know how to do kyc verification in their system. I have my nps account in freeze state just because of their kyc process is not known to their staff.
They just push customer's query to another branch/ department instead of resolving the same.
Hdfc securities says hdfc branch does the kyc verification of cra website, and branch people say hdfc securities does the same. Their relationship manager and customer is equally useless and not aware of their job having more focus towards selling credit card/policy.
