It is absolutely astonishing to see how hdfc bank is still in business considering your voice response is extremely inconvenient and non accessible. I needed some information urgently to apply for an ipo but it seems that this bank is absolutely incapable to handle basic customer queries.
I would suggest you to shut shop immediately else please call me at [protected] and get my account setup. I would also need to speak with some one who can book an ipo before it release date ie: tomorrow.
