My customer id is 60529743 for HDFC. I hold IEC and export medicines. In the month of April I received USD 750 from Taiwan. After export I submitted all the documents and got confirmation from Rajendra.[protected]@hdfcbank.com that the documents were received by HDFC. Even after 2-3 reminders to clear the entry, it is still not done. This is not the first time. Last time also, I took lot of pain in getting the entry cleared with no clear information and proper support from HDFC. Now I am getting reminders to submit the documents which is already done and everytime I am replying to the reminder that the documents are already submitted and not to bother me times and again. Sorry to say but your trade team is pathetic in terms of service delivery which causes irritation.
Please sort it out urgently and confirm the clearance of entry. In case I get any further issue, I will have to close my all accounts with HDFC as I cannot spend my time in following up with HDFC for the work of HDFC everytime.
