HDFC Bank Securities — HDFC Securities- Worst Brokerage House with Illiterate Agents

I have been trading for years and at times its required to call HDFC Sec Agents to place trade orders. The agents are pathetic and instead of Intra-day they punch in cash and then quote that I asked you to confirm. Whilst it is very clear that once a customer has placed Intra-day call and wants to square off they will have to use the same intra-day punch. Pathetic agents then transfer call to some loser senior (named Smruti) who places some order while the market is crashing and expects me to keep watching my stock go down and hit rock bottom. Then the floor senior, another pathetic loser (Krunal) calls and tells me that its my fault that I did not listen to that one word 'cash and carry' used by the his pathetic agent Rehana Sheik and am responsible for all my losses. In addition to this he says that I should have waited for them to get back while my shares kept going down (which order was placed by them) and since I closed the position I am responsible. So its very clear that HDFC securities is only responsible for making tonnes of profit at our cost and not responsible for the mistakes their agents make. Not even take onus and expect customer to rely on one word used by agents 'cash and carry/ intra-day). My speacial hats off the loser Smruti who thinks shes a gods gift to mankind while she doesnt know that she is eating because of our trading and the brokerage they make out of our hard earned money. I urge nobody to ever open HDFC securities trading accounts. This is not my first bad experience with them but may be the 10th one. So taking time to write this on public forum.
