I did a transfer for RS 5000/- on 28th Oct 17 and same was failed and no refund to my account, later payzapp change transaction status to success but this was not credited to my beneficiary account nor refund back to my payzapp account.
I sent many mails to customer care email id support but no reply yet.
Update: After many calls to customer care they once pickup and told me that it will be refunded within 5 days, but 5 days already gone and no refund.
Can anybody let me know how to reach greivinace cell for further action.
