Dear hdfc,
I am using your” regalia” credit card.
There is major bug in hdfc services.
If hdfc wants sell any services to customer everything processed online within hours. And if customer wants to avail any benefit or service or any changes in existing services, then they follow the l time consuming and manual process.
Here is example: hdfc executive called me to sell one of the medial policy on my hdfc credit card and after explaining all feature, they asked for my permission to activate this service. As i nod for the same everything was processed online and completed all producer with few hours.
Now i wanted to “add on member” to my credit card to facilitate the benefit of card, then they told me that download & fill a form and send to physically which will take seven working days to active the required service. I am going to travel after two days while writing this blog and wanted to access lounge facility at airport which will not going to happened.
I first example benefit is going to hdfc so they proceed everything instantly and in second example benefit is going for costumer then put constrain of manual process.
Above both examples are real.
Highly disappointed with hdfc services.
