[Resolved] HDFC Bank — session expired and money got deducted

On 12th feb 2018, i wanted to do a recharge of 2557/- but as soon as i entered otp no. Processed the transaction the session got expired and money got deducted. The recharge never happened. Since it was last day to recharge i had to do it again, so i did it with lesser amount which was of 873 something.. Which was successful. Still my money is not back. Its been more than 6 working days. Whats the matter?
