I placed order for Red Roses with Cake on smart buy HDFC on 7th february 2016 for my mother's birthday on 10th. But When I called on non receipt of oder on 10th, Feb 2016, it was come to know that order was further outsourced to the third party and they were not aware about the said delivery.
Surprising element for me for hold the line for almost one hour and making calls to HDFC and outsourced agency -FNP again and again and horrible experience resulted to spoil the Birthday event.
Still Im helpless and not know, what will happen.
