For a delhi - mumbai flight booking of rs 6077 done through smartbuy on 14th sep, 2017 through hdfc netbanking which was cancelled after talking to cleartrip & indigo on 17th sept, 2017 (With all relevant details forwarded to smartbuy) the refund hasn't been processed even after almost one and half months of continuous follow up via emails and calls.
Never ever i have seen such pathetic customer care, where even after one and half months of raising the issue there is no clue on at what stage the refund process is and also when it will be processed, they are absolutely clueless about what they are dealing with.
