I have taken one personal loan before 1 years now my monthly emi was 7017.
i am submitting my loan emi regularly. i got a phone call before 7 days deduction date of emi. But today i got a phone call from HDFC bank and someone is talking with me. staff Executive talking me like a criminal.he was shouting me and Misbehavior with me and . he says you are fool or he says i called you lot, s of time if you have any guts you can stop me. after that all conversation i asked his name then he says what you do with my name.
are you deaf why you are not listening me carefully. Then i says Please talk to with respect i am your costumer then he says :: go to hell :: .
i don, t know what the hell is this.
This is the manners of HDFC call center team.
I have 3 account in Hdfc i want to closed my all account.
my office salery account in HDFC account but now i am not interested any more with HDFC.
I received that call from this no [protected] but i do.t know executive name. because he denied for name.
And i am going to this recording on social media and i will never suggest HDFC BANK to my any friend
