Sir,
We had an escrow account bearing no. [protected] and we went to hdfc bank, itpb branch and approached officer on 13/09/2017 and we met aarti karir, and requested for statement for the year 2016-17 which is required for auditing purpose.
It is very sad that we have not got the proper reply and they are very careless... As easy going character and not ready to listen us or guide us... At the end we are not able to get the statement for our escrow account...
Generally we use to get escrow statement from same bank branch without any delay or any reason...
We are giving monthly 5 to 10 files to your home loan section from our project "amrutha heights" and also we are advising customers to go with hdfc home loan...
Here on wards, we have to think 1000 times to whether we have to deal with ur bank or not for the reason of poor quality of services...
I[censored] go any branch customer service is very very poor...
I think hdfc bank is making huge business without any service and hdfc bank employees r getting good salary by treating customers badly...
We hereby request to you that we require bank statement for our escrow statement without any delay...
