[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — still don't know the status of welcome kit

I had open an online saving max account with hdfc and submit kyc documents (Pan adhar) with home branch (Dharuhera rewari). And still don't know the status of welcome kit (Request revived or not if received what is the status) ihad droped many mail to hdfc but no reply.
