HDFC Bank — stop cheque charges incl gst

Hi sir- I had raised a service request to get cheque book from hdfc. Which i did not received yet. Today i can see my account has debited with rs. 156.98/- for cheque. Kindly request to credit the amount asap. This is not acceptable to debit the money without intimating the customers. Hi team-

Stock I can see the issue is not resolved yet.

Moreover, additional money has been put on hold. Kindly suggest on this. This is completely not acceptable to do such activities by without any reason.
